No Exchanges At H&M T3ch, we do not accept exchanges. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing your order.
Refunds and Returns for Damaged Products If your phone arrives broken or damaged, you are eligible for a refund. To initiate a return, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to our support team.
In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the damage
- Clear photos or a video showing the broken phone and its packaging
Upon review, if the damage is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the damaged item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that are not broken or damaged upon arrival. All sales are considered final unless the product is defective.
