Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed and handed over to the courier on the same day if placed during business hours. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of R100 for all orders within South Africa. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of R3500 or more.
Our courier partners, The Courier Guy and Fastway, aim to deliver all products within 1-3 business days to any location within South Africa. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Regions We currently ship to all provinces and major cities within the Republic of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery directly with the courier.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments We take great care to ensure your products are packaged securely. However, in the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
